ROSIE'S OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg. unpeeled potatoes, cut in 8 wedges
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 tsp. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper

Arrange wedges, peeled side down on a lightly greased baking sheet. Mix remaining ingredients together and brush over potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45 minutes.
