MACARONI-HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 c. macaroni
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 pt. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour

Cook macaroni in boiling water until tender. Melt butter, add onions, green pepper and hamburger. When browned, add flour, sugar, tomatoes and cook 5 minutes. Add macaroni and cheese and salt. Place in greased casserole and top with buttered bread crumbs.

Bake in a preheated 375°F for 25 minutes.
