BOILED CUSTARD 
4 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten with one cup of the milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. lemon extract

Scald the three cups of milk, mix sugar and flour. Add to scalded milk; then add eggs beaten with the cup of milk. Cook in double boiler until the thickness you desire.
