BARBECUED MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. water
Dash of chili powder
Dash of barbecue spice

Mix ground beef, milk, and pepper. Shake into meatballs and fry in small amount of fat until browned. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meatballs. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken. Serve over rice.
