BARBEQUE MEATBALLS 
2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1/2 c. Pace picante sauce (mild)
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (1 env.) Lipton onion soup mix
1 (16 oz.) bottle of Maurice's barbecue sauce (regular or hot)

Mix all ingredients together well. Shape into balls and bake in oven on cookie sheet until brown, about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. When done, drain and put the meatballs into a crock pot, pour the barbecue sauce over them and let them simmer for at least an hour.
