SUPER BARBEQUED MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

3 lb. lean ground beef
1 can evaporated milk (12 oz.)
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder

SAUCE:

2 c. catsup
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. chopped onion

Combine all ingredients for meatballs (mixture will be soft) and shape into walnut sized balls about 80. To make sauce, combine all sauce ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved. Place meatballs in a 9x13 baking pan. Pour on sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. NOTE: You can freeze meatballs on waxed paper-lined cookie sheets. Store frozen meatballs in a freezer bag until ready to cook.
