MICROWAVE BARBECUE MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 env. dry onion soup mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs

SAUCE:

2 c. ketchup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) jar currant jelly or grape jam

Mix all but sauce ingredients and form small balls. Microwave on high 8 to 10 minutes in glass dish (turn while cooking). Mix ketchup and jelly together; microwave 1 to 2 minutes. Stir. Pour over meatballs and simmer 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
