PISTACHIO NUT SALAD 
LAYER 1:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. crushed nuts

Mix all ingredients and put into a 9x15 pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

LAYER 2:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Blend ingredients well and pour on the 1st layer.

LAYER 3:

2 sm. pkgs. pistachio instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix the pudding and milk, spread on top of other layers.

LAYER 4:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1/4 c. crushed nuts

Spread Cool Whip over layers and sprinkle nuts on top.

This recipe takes 20 minutes to prepare. Serves 18-20.
