BEEF WITH MUSHROOMS AND SHERRY 
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Garlic dressing
1 tbsp. Russian dressing
Crushed garlic clove
3 lb. sliced beef (sirloin, fillet or skirt steak)
Salt and pepper
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 (8 oz.) box fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. cooking sherry

Combine first 4 ingredients for marinade. Pour over beef and refrigerate 4-12 hours, covered. Brown onion in saucepan. Add 1 x 3 inch strips of beef and remaining ingredients. Heat until steaming, lower heat, add mushrooms, cover and cook until tender about 15 minutes until meat is tender and gravy is thick.
