1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 med. can sweet potatoes or yams, drained and mashed
Large marshmallows
Brown sugar
Orange juice

Mash yams or sweet potatoes and stir in brown sugar and orange juice to taste. Place well drained crushed pineapple on a 9 x 13 inch size pan or small sized cookie sheet. Spread yam mixture on top of pineapple and top with marshmallows and (maraschino cherry) if desired. Bake in 375 degree oven 15 minutes or until well heated through.
