PARTY SWEET POTATOES AND
PINEAPPLE
 
3 lbs. sweet potatoes
1 can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. hot milk
1/4 lb. butter
Salt to taste
3/4 c. brown sugar

Cook sweet potatoes until soft. Peel, mash then add half the amount of butter and brown sugar. Add hot milk, salt and partially drained pineapple. Beat well, then place in a buttered casserole. Spread remaining brown sugar over top and dot with remaining butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
