HUNGARIAN BEEFSTEAK 
1 lb. round steak, trimmed & thinly sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Add oil to a nonstick 10 inch skillet. Saute steak strips until all are well browned. Add onion and garlic and saute 3-5 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup water and all other ingredients except cornstarch. Cover and simmer on low for 30 minutes. Combine cornstarch with remaining 1/4 cup of water and mix thoroughly. Add to the skillet and stir as mixture thickens. Serves 6. Serve with noodles or rice.
