6 Cube Steaks
1 large bag of frozen carrot slices
1 bag of baby Yukon Gold potatoes
1 stick of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Any other seasoning of your choice
Aluminum Foil

Preheat oven to 350°F

Get a 9x13-inch baking sheet, pull out enough foil to cover the bottom. On the foil, place a handful of frozen carrots and slice up 1 potato. Season, salt and pepper to taste.

Wrap it up however you like, I fold mine like a package. Repeat for the rest of your steaks. Bake for 1 hour.
