Instant mashed potatoes for 6
1 1/2-2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked
1 c. sour cream
Chopped green onion

Make instant mashed potatoes according to directions on package. Add all other ingredients and pour in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dishes. Sprinkle with additional Cheddar cheese. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
