PUNCH BOWL CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 chocolate sheet cake baked in a 9x13 inch pan
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 Skol or Heath bars (put in freezer and then shatter candy bars)

Cut cake into cubes. In a punch bowl or large bowl, make a layer with 1/3 of the cake, 1/3 of pudding and 1/3 of Cool Whip. Top with 1 shattered candy bar. Repeat 2 more times.
