PORK CHOP AND SAUERKRAUT BAKE 
2 oz. cans sauerkraut
1 (16 oz.) can white corn
6 lg. pork chops
6 med. potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 c. barley
1 pkg. pork gravy mix
1 qt. water

Drain sauerkraut and rinse lightly. In layer pan, combine 1 quart water, 1 package pork gravy mix, barley, salt, corn and sauerkraut. Boil for 30 minutes. Peel potatoes and quarter.

In large casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Place the potato quarters and the pork chops. After sauerkraut mixture has boiled 30 minutes, add to casserole on top of pork chops. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven. More water may be added as needed.
