BAKED PORK CHOPS
8 bone free pork chops, loin ones
1 can cream of celery soup
1 med. onion, diced
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
3 tbsp. catsup

Mix the last 4 ingredients. Brown the pork chops. Place chops in a 9 x 12 inch pan. Pour the mixed ingredients over the chops. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Sounds simple but is very tasty.

OMG. This was FABULOUS!!!!! A huge hit with my family. I did substitute the cream of celery soup for cream of mushroom as my family loves mushroom soup. We paired it with some mashed potatoes and not one single piece of pork chop was left. We devoured it all!!! This is a keeper for the next time we have pork chops.

Delicious! I used cream of mushroom soup instead of celery. The chops were so tender! The sauce is fab over rice!

I used mushroom soup but I had to cook it for about 2 more hours, but my husband said it is a keeper

I added in mirepoix and bell peppers and a little lemon pepper for zest. Yummy!
