BAKED MEXICAN PORK CHOPS | |
2 average size chops 1 c. salsa (any type) Put chops in baking dish; cover with salsa. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 325 degrees (baking time will vary depending on size of chops). When done, serve. Rice makes a nice side dish. |

One small note: I browned the chops first. I'm not sure if it matters, but I do prefer baking them that way.
