NAPOLEON CREMES 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 c. crushed graham crackers
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. milk
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
2 c. powdered sugar
1 pkg. chocolate chips (6 oz.)
2 tbsp. butter

Combine 1/2 cup butter, sugar, cocoa and vanilla in top of double boiler. Cook over water until butter is melted. Stir in egg. Continue cooking and stirring until mix is thick (about 3 minutes). Blend in graham cracker crumbs and coconut. Press into buttered 9 inch square pan.

Cream 1/2 cup butter well. Stir in milk, pudding and powdered sugar. Beat until fluffy. Spread over crust. Chill. Melt chocolate and butter over water. Cool. Spread over mixture. Chill and cut.
