CREME DE MENTHE CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 pistachio instant pudding mix
1/3 c. Crisco oil
3 tbsp. creme de menthe & enough water to make 1 cup
4 eggs
A few drops green food coloring

Mix all ingredients well and put 2/3 batter in greased Bundt pan. To balance of cake batter add 1 small can of Hershey's chocolate syrup (2 ounce). Pour this over the green batter and marble with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Frost with chocolate frosting.
