SUPER EASY SALMON 
I use safflower and olive oils. Not only are you getting the omega 3s in the salmon but a great dose of other beneficial fats (Including CLA).

fresh skinless salmon fillets
safflower oil
extra virgin olive oil
garlic, onion and bell pepper powders
cilantro
extra thin slice of orange (optional)

Cover pan in half olive oil and half safflower oil. Heat over medium (just above) and heat until hot. Season salmon to your liking with onion, garlic and red bell pepper powders. Place salmon fillets and cilantro into the oil. Turn over after 4 minutes. Over medium heat it should take about 7 minutes and it's delicious! If you're using orange just toss it in the oil after the flip.

Serve with some roasted vegetables and a bit of rice for a medium carb boost or with a salad for a late night munch.
