EASY GRILLED MARINATED SALMON | |
1 1/2 to 3 lb. salmon filet (I prefer skinless) 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. rosemary 1/4 cup soy sauce or teriyaki sauce 1 gallon sized Ziploc bag First cut salmon fillets into steak-sized pieces. Next rub the salmon steaks with garlic powder and rosemary. After this is completed put salmon steaks in plastic bag and pour in the soy or teriyaki sauce. Now shake the bag so the sauce completely soaks the salmon steaks. Next place the bag in the refrigerator and let the salmon marinate for at least an hour. When an hour has passed, take the bag of salmon steaks out. Next lightly butter or oil the grill. Set the grill for medium-high. Now put the salmon steaks on the grill, and cook them for about 5 minutes on each side. The salmon steaks are done when they flake easily with fork. Be sure to serve it hot. Enjoy!
