1 frozen or freshly made pie crust with top
6 lg. eggs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. milk
3 slices of Prosciutto, chopped
1 sm. Mozzarella cheese, grated

Beat all ingredients together, pour into pie crust, put top on crust and flute edges. Bake according to pie crust package directions.
