IRISH RICE 
1 c. cooked instant rice
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower, cooked
4 oz. jar Cheez Whiz
1/4 c. water
1 can cream of mushroom soup

In skillet, saute onions and celery in butter. Add broccoli, cauliflower, water, cooked rice, mushroom soup and 1/2 of the cheese. Mix and place in casserole. Spread remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
