IRISH STEW 
1 1/2 lb. boneless stew beef
3 1/2 lb. potatoes
3 med. onions
2 carrots
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. hot sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 qt. water
Salt & pepper

Cook beef until tender. Add all vegetables and tomato soup. Pour catsup, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce into soup can and fill to top with water. Mix well. Pour this into other ingredients and 3/4 quart water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on medium heat, about 2 hours until thick. Stir to prevent sticking.
