BUNS OR PERISHKIE DOUGH 
2 boiled potatoes
2 c. scalded milk
1 c. sugar
2 pkgs. yeast
2 tbsp. salt
3 c. potato water
1 c. oil
5 beaten eggs
12-13 c. flour

Boil 2-3 potatoes. Drain. Save water. Mash the potatoes. To yeast add 1/2 cup water and 2 teaspoons sugar.

Mix all together, adding the flour last to make a soft dough. Let rise. Punch down. Let rise. Make buns with filling.

Fry onion, 1-2 pounds hamburger and 2-4 cups cabbage (cut fine). Fry until done. Let rise. Bake about 15 minutes, 375 degrees. (Good served with gravy.)
