BROWNIES (No Cholesterol) 
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 egg whites (or 3/4 c. egg substitute) f
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Sift dry ingredients together into bowl. Add butter, egg whites and vanilla; beat. Stir in nuts. Pour into a lightly oiled 8 inch square baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 30-40 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
