BROWNIES 
1 1/4 c. tub butter
2/3 c. cocoa powder
2 c. sugar
Egg substitute to equal 4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped walnuts
Confectioners' sugar (optional)

Heat butter and cocoa in saucepan until melted. Place in bowl with sugar and mix well. Add egg substitute, 1/4 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla, flour and nuts thoroughly.

Spread in 9x13 greased pan (use pan spray). Bake at 350 F. oven for 35 minutes. Do not overbake. Cool before cutting. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. (Calories: 227 per brownie)
