BROWNIE RECIPE 
1/3 c. butter
12 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. egg substitute
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

1. Melt butter.

2. Add cocoa and oil; mix well and cool.

3. Beat egg substitute, salt and water until light and foamy.

4. Gradually add sugar and vanilla; beat until well creamed.

5. Combine chocolate mixture with egg mixture by hand.

6. Gently fold in the flour.

7. Gently stir in the walnuts.

8. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

9. Cut when cool.

Nutrients per serving: 124 calories. 5 grams fat. 55 mg sodium. Serves 30.
