GRILLED LAMB CHOPS WITH THAI CHILI & CUCUMBER-MINT YOGURT | |
12 pieces lamb chops 1/3 c. soy sauce 1 tbsp. curry powder 4 Thai chilies, crushed 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tbsp. julienned ginger 1/3 c. white wine 1 tbsp. paprika Marinade the lamb chops with above ingredients for 3 hours. Then grill for 2 minutes on each side. CUCUMBER MINT YOGURT: 1 c. plain yogurt 1/2 c. mint leaves Juice of 1 lemon 1/2 cucumber, cut into pieces 2 cloves garlic Salt and pepper to taste Place the above ingredients in a food processor and blend until well mixed. Adjust seasoning. |
