CRUNCHY CHICKEN N OATS 
1 pkg. cut up chicken
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. rolled oats
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
6 tbsp. butter, melted

In dish place egg, beat in milk. In another dish, mix bread crumbs, oats, brown sugar, salt, garlic powder, curry powder and ginger.

Dip chicken first in egg mixture, then in bread crumbs, dredging to coat. In large baking pan, place chicken, skin side up in single layer. Pour melted butter over chicken.

Bake at 400 degrees for one hour or until fork, tender. Serves 4.
