FRESH PORK ROAST 
Pork roast (defrosted)
3 cloves garlic (halved)
Marjoram
Salt and pepper

The night before, make six cuts on the top of the roast and insert garlic halves. Mark each with a toothpick. Before baking, remove garlic and place in a pan, fatty side down. Sprinkle salt, pepper and marjoram over top and insert meat thermometer. Bake at 350 degrees.
