FRESH PORK SAUSAGES 
1 1/2 lb. fresh lean ground pork
1/4 c. minced parsley
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. fennel seed
1/2 tsp. pepper

In medium bowl, with hand, combine all ingredients. Shape mixture into 9 patties. In 12 inch skillet over medium heat, cook patties until they are browned on both sides and cooked throughout, about 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Drain fat off during cooking. Pat out extra fat with paper towel. Yield 9 servings.
