GREEN BEAN AND CORN SALAD 
1 1/2 c. cooked, cut green beans
1 c. cooked corn kernels
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 tbsp. chopped green bell pepper
1 pimiento, cut in thin strips
1/4 c. French Dressing
1 tbsp. vinegar
Lettuce or other greens
4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled, for garnish

1. Toss beans with corn, onion, celery, bell pepper and pimiento.

2. Stir together dressing and vinegar. Pour over salad; toss well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

3. Line salad plate or bowl with lettuce, arrange salad on greens and garnish with bacon. Serves 4 to 6.
