TURTLE CAKE | |
1 box German chocolate cake mix 1 c. milk 14 oz. pkg. Kraft caramels 1 c. chopped pecans 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips Mix cake according to directions on the box. Pour 1/2 of the batter in a 9x12 greased and floured pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Melt caramels with milk over low heat to make a sauce. Pour over cake that has been baked. Sprinkle chocolate chips and nuts on top of sauce. Pour remaining batter over this. Bake 17-20 minutes. |
