TERIYAKI GRILLED CHICKEN | |
1 pkg. thin breast or thigh fillets (best to flatten) 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. cooking sherry 2 tbsp. cooking oil 3/4 tsp. ground ginger Combine ingredients. Place chicken in a single layer and pour marinade over. Let stand 5 minutes. Grill until browned on both sides and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes. |
