TERIYAKI GRILLED CHICKEN | |
4-6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. dry or cooking sherry 2 tbsp. olive or cooking oil 1 tbsp. fresh minced ginger or 3/4 tsp. ground ginger Preheat barbecue. Combine all ingredients and let marinate 5-30 minutes. Grill until brown on both sides and cooked thoroughly, about 7-10 minutes. |
