1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened

Beat together the cream cheese, sour cream and butter in medium-size bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in the confectioners sugar until well blended and smooth.
