CREAM CHEESE ICING 
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb. confectioners sugar

Cream cheese and butter should be room temperature or soften, do not melt, in microwave. Blend cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Add sugar and mix. May be tinted with food coloring, if desired.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
