Unbaked single 9" pie crust
3 peaches
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Peel and half peaches. Put 1/2 in center of pie crust and 5 halves around. Mix sugar, butter, flour, egg and vanilla. Place over peaches. Bake 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. NO top crust.
