CHOC - OAT - CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/2 c. oats
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking soda and mix well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips; mix well. Drop tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes; cool 1 minute. Makes about 5 dozen.
