QUICK, EASY 2 INGREDIENT CANDY | |
1 tub prepared cake frosting (any flavor or brand) 1 (17 oz.) jar peanut butter (smooth) Take foil off frosting and place in microwave for 1 minute - no longer. Put peanut butter in microwave for 15 seconds, or just long enough to get out of the jar easier. Mix the two in a bowl and transfer to a dish prepared with non-stick cooking spray (Pam). Put in refrigerator. In 10 minutes, you will be enjoying fudge. It will be a peanut butter taste. But it is soo good! Submitted by: Janice Tomerlin Finley |
