CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked diced chicken
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. grated or finely chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
2/3 c. broken potato chips
1/2 c. med. sharp yellow cheese, grated

Butter a shallow casserole, 9 x 12. Mix first 7 ingredients and put in casserole. Combine cheese and chips and spread over top of casserole. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
