SANDRA'S MEXICALI CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can green chilies
1 can enchilada sauce, red mild
Flour tortillas
Grated cheese, optional

Brown meat and onions; drain fat. Mix soups. Add chilies and enchilada sauce. Add meat and onions. Mix well. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with spray oil. Quarter tortillas and place a layer in pan. Cover with meat mixture. Repeat layers ending with meat mixture on top. Cover mixture with grated cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
