SLIM GOURMET MEXICALI CHICKEN 
3 lg. chicken breasts, split (about 2 lb.)
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
Pinch of red cayenne pepper
Pinch of nutmeg
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. boiling water
2 c. canned tomato sauce
1 c. sliced onions
1 chopped green pepper, seeds removed

Rub chicken with the garlic, oregano, cayenne and nutmeg and brown it the slim gourmet way, with no added fat. Add the bouillon and boiling water; stir to dissolve. Add all remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer for 30 minutes or until tender. Uncover and continue to simmer until sauce is reduced to a gravy consistency.
