MEXICALI MEATLOAF 
1 can picante dip
2 eggs
1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. sliced Monterey Jack cheese
4 oz. whole mild green peppers
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix raw hamburger with dip, salt, pepper, crumbs and eggs. Put 1/2 of the mixture in loaf pan. Spread cheese and peppers over meat, cover with remaining hamburger mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2-2 hours.
