5 c. sugar
1 lg. can Carnation milk
3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2 lb. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream

Place milk and sugar in pan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 10-11 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Add other ingredients; mix until melted (do not beat). Optional - add chopped nuts. Pour into buttered pan. Refrigerate when cools off. Makes 5 pounds.
