GRANOLA 
1 c. soya flour
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. chopped cashews
1 c. chopped almonds
2 c. wheat germ
6 c. rolled flakes
1/2 c. unhulled sesame seeds
2 tbsp. brewers yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. honey
4 c. dried fruit

In a large pot mix all dry ingredients except fruit. Pour honey and oil over all and mix well. Spread mixture evenly on 3 (10x15x1) jelly pans. Bake in a slow preheated oven at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until as crunchy as you like.

Stir every half hour for even baking. Cool granola. Cut up dried fruit and mix thoroughly into granola. Spoon into plastic bags; seal. Store in the refrigerator.
