GRANOLA 
1 lb. rolled oats (not instant or quick)
1 (12 oz.) jar wheat germ
1 pkg. (3 oz.) coconut
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cinnamon
12 oz. honey
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
Optional: nuts, sunflower seeds

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Into a very large bowl mix all dry ingredients. With your hands, mix the wet ingredients well into dry, until a big sticky mess. Put half the mixture on 1 cookie sheet the other half on another sheet.

Put the cooking sheets in oven, and bake for 45 minutes. Let granola cook for 10 minutes, stir it up to break up big pieces. When cool, store in airtight containers.
