GARDEN QUICHE 
1 c. frozen cut broccoli, thawed & well drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. butter
8 slices lite line cheese, cut into sm. pieces
2 tbsp. flour
2 (4 oz.) cartons scramblers, thawed
1 c. skim milk
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 c. shredded carrots

In saucepan, cook onion and garlic in butter. In bowl toss Lite Line pieces, with flour; add onion and remaining ingredients. Pour into oiled 9 inch pie pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. 6 servings, 152 calories, 5 grams fat, 14 mg cholesterol per serving.
